Description of Hermaphrodites and their status In Jewish Law

Jewish law deals with true hermaphrodites: “He who has both male and female genital organs is called a hermaphrodite, and it subject to doubt as to whether he is male or female, since he will never have any token by which it might be determined whether he is surely male or surely female”.
