Kathoey Helen is stirring up trouble again. Helen Pawara Sirisal (เฮเลน ปวรา ศิริสาล) is the Thai kathoey (ladyboy) who wrote a celebrity tittle-tale book a few months ago in which she talked about her exploits with various celebrities.
This time she is trying to interpose herself between two young men - celebrities themselves who are good friends and might even be gay.
