It's being reported that The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAF) have offered to pay for Caster Semenya’s constructive gender reassignment surgery.
Reportedly, Caster decided to become female and the IAF is in agreement to cover all expenses that associates with his or her transitional process.

why does everyone on this site keep saying docs won't perform gender reassignment surgeries unless gender was not identified at birth??? YES THEY WILL. The person who wants to be reassigned must go through years of both psychotherapy and hormone therapy, and live their life as the gender they wish to change to, for a certain number of years...but YES>....the docs will reassign sex on a person who is definitely one sex or another. Why do you people keep saying otherwise? It makes everything else you try to pass off as fact seem dubious at best.
