Born physically as a female (with ambiguous genitalia) but yet raised as a male, El'Jai Devoureau was fired from his job as a urine monitor at a urban drug treatment center. His assignment was to watch 'men' urinate into plastic cups. Roughly five years ago, El'Jai started male hormone treatments and in 2009 he had the required sex-reassignment surgery. El'Jai is currently suing his former employer for discrimination.

ReplyDeleteThis guy has every right ( and I hope he wins) of suing the company who fired him, since it was related to HIS genitals. Some of you keep refering to these people as SHE, when they are clearly male, whether by birth or choice. There's a special place in hell for intolerants, ignorants and biggots.
