There is no difference. He's either a hermaphrodite or a pseudohermaphrodite. ALL of those other street terms are spinoff words used to describe a person who was born that way.

So the Deejay doesn't consider himself to be 'gay' because this person isn't a male or a female. The person was 'born that way'.

You must be born with a Penis and Vagina for a doctor to determine which part dominates you down there.
So if he was raped and somehow found pleasure in his pain and decided to become a gay man, well that's another story.
