Tyler's birth certificate reads "female" and at age 2 she decided to live her life as a male. With accepting parents, the 5 year old is enjoying his life as a boy. In a article published in the Washington post Tyler parents decided to pull their biological names from publication because their story is widely known throughout their community in Montgomery County. A quote from the article reads: His parents allowed him to present himself as a boy when he was 4, after he was diagnosed with gender identity disorder.
