Addressing the various, variant thoughts on homosexual behavior

Regarding homosexuality, no one knows the cause or effect of treatment, possibly because many of those who study the problem are themselves homosexuals who think it is not a problem. Some actually consider it is heterosexuals who are "abnormal." The American Psychiatric Association (a union of psychiatrists) has published "fact sheets" concerning homosexual and bisexual issues. They are of little help when they discourage attempts to find the problem, and insist that homosexuality is a "normal variant." Some who are Freudians confuse doorknobs with penises and keyholes with vaginas. Time was when parents of a hermaphrodite were given a choice of a boy or a girl. Many of these children had problems of sexual identity, but didn't necessarily become homosexual.
