Kay-Kay was born as a female hermaphrodite. She doesn't want to remove the organ that doesn't work (her penis) or take hormone pills to grow boobs (or push her body into more female). Instead, she want to remain as is and use her body producing testosterones to slam dunk on other females on the basketball court.

She also said that she's removing something from her body (it has to be tits or a penis) and the media wouldn't label her as transgendered if she didn't posess dual genetials (or medically tested with condition related to intersex or hermaphrodite).
To be transgendered you do not need to posess dual genetials..LOL....nor medically tested.

Kye has a genetic condition. If she didn't, why is her body producing twice as many male testosterones? Kye was the one who revealed her condition to the public. She also mentioned a decline to have surgery. So yes, she has a genetic condition.
