websites are reporting that test results conducted in 2009 confirmed that the athlete's body "has both male and female characteristics—she’s externally female, and internally male, essentially — and produces far more testosterone than the average woman." - despite this discovery by medical officials, Caster will compete in the Olympics as a woman.
