Musical Selection:



"Clean Up Woman" is a 1971 song, recorded by Betty Wright, that reached #5 on both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 & R&B charts. It was released on the Alston label as a 7" vinyl, catalog no. A-4601 with "I'll Love You Forever" on the B-side.

"Clean Up Woman" was written by Steve Alaimo and stayed for fourteen weeks in the Hot 100 chart. It sold over a million copies with the R.I.A.A. gold disc awarded on 30 December 1971.
